So you want to credit a UA flight to US? I just went through this for a flight from December. I had to snail mail the UA receipt and boarding pass to US per the Gold line rep. The good news is the miles and bonus miles posted in about two weeks.

Can you at least come up with the receipt/itinerary to send to US? All they really do is submit your request to UA to release the miles.
