I have Nexus, Priority CATSA security and I never get to YYZ less than 90 minutes before my morning flight to US; more time if it is Monday or Friday.

As a Canadian you know Tim is everywher. Many love a last cup of Canadian style coffee before travelling.

US CBP is open before 5am. I have seen them processing travelers before 5.
