I actually need to get the details of my travel from a few years back (for something else entirely) and since I don't have the records myself, I thought that this might be an alternative source of the information. If they hold the information they are obliged to show it to you on request under the Data Protection Act 1998 (say you are making a "subject access request"). They are entitled to charge a fee for this service, currently it is capped by the statute at £10.
