Last week, after flying, my Avios and Tier Points needed manual adjustment due to an Upgrade Using Avios.

This is my first year in the Executive Club so my Tier Points are always the same as my Lifetime Tier Points.

To my surprise, there was a difference after the adjustment. My Tier Points were the correct 1060 but my Lifetime Tier Points were 1600.

I don't know if I will ever make Lifetime Gold so this was no big deal for me.

Anyway, Avios for car hire credited today.

And the Tier Points and Lifetime Tier points are now the same again

Anyone any idea what happened?
