I'm planning a trip from Cape Town to the UK, and I think that to cope with my flying issues I'm going to spring for business class.

Now business class is going to cost 3 to 4 times the price of economy, so if I'm spending that much, I want to be sure I'm getting a decent business class, not just one with slightly wider seats

How do I go about finding out which airlines have which type of business class on the planes on this route? No good doing research and finding that Qatar have awesome business class with lie flat seats and all, then when I board I find that's only on the dreamliner and I'm stuck on a 747.
