That's standard fair for 5-star hotels throughout Asia. While I do like the Westin's gym, in Beijing alone, there are some much better places IMO:

For massages, I almost never avail of in house hotel services because they are expensive and are generally not as good as off site places. (I dropped Y2000 on a massage at the Westin Bund Center about 5 years ago, and it was honestly no better than Taipan for Y168.) You might want to check out #8 Hot Springs if you're still in town... not as good as Morely's (which is insanely cool), but closer to the Westin.
