Your account needs to be linked with an American Airlines AAdvantageŽ number when it is established. The American Airlines AAdvantageŽ number is assigned by American Airlines and is sent to us through an automated process. It can take 2-3 billing periods to complete this process.

American Airlines has advised us that they are experiencing delays with this process. Once we receive confirmation from American Airlines, we will report your December 2013 miles on the next statement.
