I go a new Citi AA credit card in this January, and now got two statements, however none of the points were posted into my AAdvantage account. The Citi representative claimed that the AAdvantage system is temporarily down because the merge so points from new Citi customers cannot be posted into the AAdvantage account. Does anyone experience the same issue?
