It also has to have low/saver award availability of course. But ANC-DUT is only 7.5K using AS miles each way, so make sure it's 7.5K and not 12.5K if looking for seats on Alaska's site.
Did you see this via an award search on Delta.com or a paid search?

EDIT: AH -- all of the flights I thought were low level were priced at 12.5K on AlaskaAir.com. Man, what an epic letdown! I can't believe they fetch $1,100 per person for this flight. Thanks for the insight, though!
