The problem seems to be that said flight is operated by PenAir, and Delta's Diamond line is telling me that they can only use SkyMiles redemptions on AS flights operated by AS or Horizon, and *not* PenAir.

PenAir is the only airline serving the route to DUT.

Any advice is appreciated. I want to go from ANC-DUT for 25k SkyMiles instead of paying upwards of $1,100.

(P.S. - Is is possible to transfer Chase Ultimate Reward points to Korean Air and then book this ANC-DUT flight via Korean, or will they give me the same story regarding the inability to book if it's operated by PenAir?)
