Am I being too germ-a-phobic? Are they washed regularly now? Do you bring your own or use the airline provided blanky and pillow?

I was on VA flying lax to syd and the blanket they provided had stains. I threw it on the side. Didn't even bother using blanket on return. I was disgusted!
