Yeah, I just checked the MR airline transfer partners and it seems they are mostly scummy ones: Skyteam miles are basically worthless, JetBlue, Virgin and BA are fixed value, while the others I never fly.
I didn't realize you meant "and those that aren't scummy I already have covered" or that you didn't include Virgin and BA as fixed value!
