I'm looking to stay at the Andaz San Diego....I booked a rate via the World Elite Mastercard Luxury Travel Hotel service to get the free breakfast/potential upgrade....Will this give me hyatt passport points?

I've heard that hotels booked through AMEXs program give you the points....what about the visa signature program too?
