OP and others keep in mind fare is never confirmed until ticket is issued - held or unheld.
Booking any fare at anytime is always a gamble. Today there could be 3 seats left, tomorrow 25 seats left due to equipment swaps, cancelled groups, war in Russia, etc etc. It is just like the stock market. Rates are forever changing
