Does anyone know if one-way car rental fee/surcharge is the new normal in car rental business? I want to pick up a car at SFO and drop it off at SEA and most companies quote a $350-400 surcharge. That's more than flying, but flying does not allow you to sight-see of places between SFO and SEA and beyond.
