LOL who knows any more. They outsourced the ground staff here and ever since things like this have been happening. Last week when I flew to Tokyo they didn't have enough "carts" to charge / warm the planes in the morning so we delayed 2 hours - glad I always leave 4 hour for UA to connect internationally. Apparently the connector on my plane was a unique design....
I was rebooked today to later today (attempting to travel to Europe) - then they cancelled that flight. Was put on a flight to Dulles tomorrow - then they cancelled that flight (yes over 24 hours in advance), now I am on another flight to Chicago tomorrow (mainlline) - will have to watch it like a hawk I guess...
