I'll be surprised if the airspace would still be open. Ukraine and Russia is on the verge of open (and likely very bloody and destructive) war. Now if sanity prevails and both sides pull back from the brink, we can look forward to the reopening of air space in the not-too-distant-future. However, if both sides won't budge (as it looks like now), don't expect the airspace to open anytime soon (not to mention it may very well be filled with missiles and bombs).
