Sorry, none of the miles cards offer student versions.
You are better off having your dad apply for cards and then have subsidiary/additional cards issued to you. Fill in the forms so he only need to sign them.
Then add yourself to his redemption list. Or directly credit miles to your mpo if you can get away with it.
