I find SIXT to have a much more superior fleet and better service, however they refused to match a price which a week before the booking was the same price as the competition (Europcar) when I booked.
Come on Sixt, be a little more lenient in your pricing
I think you have answered your own question. After years of getting crappy cars and service from Europcar in order to save a few euro's, I now prefer to hire from Sixt even if it is slightly more expensive, although within Europe they are normally pretty competitive.
