Sending money from US to UK using a Chase UR card - moneygram or paypal?
I want to urgently send money - about $2000 to UK. The recepient has a paypal account.

I want to use a credit card if I can but I am not able to figure out if using Moneygram or Paypal will treat that purchase as a cash advance or as a regular purchase.

I don't mind the extra fee the services charge for sending money using a credit card but I just don't want to get it treated as a cash advance by the credit card company.

I have both Chase Ink Plus and Chase Sapphire card and also a several other types of credit cards.

Can anyone help me find this answer. Is there someone I can call to verify?
