It recommends EU passengers use the standard EU line. Is this how it happens in practice? Is the EU line faster? If not would an EU passport holder get turned back from the Fast Track queue?
Seems odd to offer a premium service, but not for EU passengers?
Thanks.
You can't use the Fast Track if you are entering the UK with a EU passport as it is only for non-EU passport holders.
However, EU/EEA/Swiss passport queues are generally faster than Fast Track anyway, although there are exceptions.
