MSC Divina booked in the Yacht Club area is what you want. They sale year around now out of Miami. New ship, great kids club areas, etc. etc. The Yacht Club Suites are worth every penny and cheaper than some of the luxury lines. I don't think MSC as anything out of NYC so you'd have to travel to Miami by car or train.
