I assume the OP wasn't talking about small luxury private jets (like NetJets) as that would be absurdly expensive, even for the highest F fares.

They could use larger charters like Atlas Air but that would still have a high cost and is not required. They would much prefer to use their own metal, even if that means additional delays. And those carriers (and NetJets) still certainly face delays and cancellations due to weather.
