I am interested to hear about this soneva kiri as I have heard that a lot of construction of the villas are of bamboo (meaning very natural) and totally open air? Is this true or already fixed?
I cannot comment about the bamboo construction, but I have confirmed with the resort that the bathrooms and living areas are open air in all of the villas. Bedrooms are air conditioned.
I think there are a cople of villas with an enclosed 'den', but I do not know how to book those.
