Seven days is the very first time that you can claim TPs, and it may be that Finnair is still in its normal slow cycle. Finnair is relatively quick crediting trips originating from Helsinki, but can be slow with trips that start from outside there. I'd leave it another week, and then if necessary claim on the general webpage form (not Avios/TP specific). The service level for this is up to 8 weeks!
