Recently flew MAN-HEL-HKG-SIN-HKG-HEL-MAN on AY/CX in Business. All sectors credited, except the last two HKG-HEL-MAN, flown 7 days ago. Just tried on-line claim submission as it's now a week since I arrived back and I get this message: Your claim can not be submitted as a similar is already approved by the partner. So - is there a delay in Finnair "approving" a flight and BA showing the credit in my account? Or might the points/miles have been wrongly credited elsewhere? I realise I am being quick off the mark in making the claim, but all the other sectors credited in a more timely manner.
