Yes I do agree that there are many predictors for a good flight. I agree that attention to detail on the safety video, use of pre-flight music, warm and genuine hellos, noticing passengers that are in exit rows and reminding them to place bags in overhead lockers at boarding, noticing silvers and golds and "welcoming back" are amongst these predictors.
