flightradar24 has a prettier interface than before but otherwise useless these days.
Not sure how they can confuse PAE and Norwich unless LH9923 is an old, bad flight number somewhere in the FR database, but LH seems to always use 99xx for delivery flights.

But I agree, flightaware is much more reliable.
