If a person only flying less than 4 QF flights, with the QF ff number in the booking, this is not going to cost QF much for lounge access. However some people switch to the AA ffp after QF LTG for better earn/burn whilst still getting Q Club access by QF LTG. If the freq flyer number in the reservation has to match the ff card used to get access is a possible issue. This has been discussed with the EK/QF arrangement. Over time I would not be suprised if this was tightened up with QF & OneWorld.
