Hey guys quesiton about two buffets.

1) I am staying at the Cosmo next month. Are there any ways to get deals or discounts at Wicked Spoon?

2) I have mlife Platinum, but am not staying at the Bellagio. Is it possible to get a Buffet VIP Pass if not staying at the hotel but because of the status?
