I always stay under 500 for the 2 said reasons - avoid manager (who may have read memo's) and keep the line moving, I hate to be that guy.
450-495 has been my denomination range as the fee gets refunded anyway. It is not worth the attention for going to 950 unless they stop refunding the fee.
