since you never read him before, how would you be able to judge his credibility? he was pro delta even though based in Miami until MQD's came around, and even then blogged about how he still couldn't break with delta because they were so good, nevertheless he decided to go with AA because their program is (for now) a lot better... he is specific about his reasons for things and fair and balanced. if you read his past ten or twenty posts you'll get a sense of that.
