I am sorry but I can't offer any of my experience, but I found some agencies with google, Atraduire offers to give you a quote within the hour. There is also MLG Traduction or this person who seems to be working alone. All three offer their services in Paris and offer free quotes.

Just in case, the wordings are the same in English and French: "traducteur" is translator and "Interprčte" is interpret
