I'm logged into Amazon Payments and I can't do or change anything. I'm not sure what or how they want me to verify my information.

Got this email today. Went on to my account and basically reenter all my info, All I did last night was add a few Credit cards that I needed to make spend on. I just signed up and sent a payment to my wife 2 days ago.
