If its a challenging itinerary and I got it down pat with excellent rates and award redemptions, I'll be excited about the planning process.

The planning process is quite time consuming. Its nice when it comes together quickly, and I often find nice surprises surface sometimes. That's when the satisfaction level goes through the roof. It makes it all worth it.
