I have an upcoming UA Award travel in Business (SFO-NRT-HND-BKK-BOM) with HND-BKK on ANA. I have a couple of questions

1. How do I order Special meals on ANA? I poked around the website with my reservation and was not able to order the special meal but was able to select the seat.

2. what is the most convenient way to travel from NRT-HND? I will have a large Suitcase, a smaller roll-on and a laptop backpack.
