There is something really odd about QR's timing on meal services. The second meal is served THREE hours before landing. Imagine Doha to HKG on a good day with strong wind - 7-hour flight. You would have eaten your first meal and served your second meal three hours later.
Now, customer service on the ground with QR can go TERRIBLY wrong when something happens to your flight. In this regard CX wins. Unfortunately I had THAT experience.
