i was 3 months ago in paris and was in the hospital an urgence.they didnt give me a bill so i dont know if i have to pay or not.what happens if i dont pay?can they block me from entering in the shengen zone?if they gave me a bill they didnt take my home adress so there is no way i can pay the bill if i have one.what should i do ?thank you for your answers
