Grand Prize is a 2 night trip for 2 to Los Angeles, California to sit courtside with Snoop Dogg at an L.A. Lakers game including roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations, and Tilly’s / Snoop Dogg prize package.

TILLY’S “Sit Courtside with Snoop Dogg” Sweepstakes

Eligibility: The Sit Courtside With Snoop Dogg Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entry Limit: Limit one entry per person per valid email address and per household. Multiple entries received from any person or email address or household after the first entry received from that person or email address or household will be void.

Grand Prize (1): Winner will receive:

(a) One of a kind courtside experience for winner and one guest with Snoop at a Lakers game in Los Angeles, CA (specific timing determined by Sponsors at a later date);

(b) Coach air transportation for two from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s home (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to Los Angles, CA;

(c) Two night hotel accommodations (one room, standard double occupancy, hotel determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) in Los Angles, CA; and

(d) One Tilly’s & Neff Snoop Dogg prize pack.

NOTE: No mention of ground transportation in the rules so you’re probably on your own getting to/from Staples Center… unless Snoop (Dogg you readin this?) is kind enough to pick you up in his limo. @:-) Yeah, the sponsor ought to provide a ride to/from the event, cause parking in downtown LA ain’t all that much fun.

- Approximate retail value of prize is $4,000.00.

Winner Selection and Notification: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 04/03/14 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period by Sponsors, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion. Potential winners will be notified by email, phone and/or registered mail and will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability release, tax form and, where legal, a publicity release (collectively, the “Eligibility Documents”) within five calendar days of date of issuance.

NOTES: Winner must take trip on dates determined by Sponsors or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and Sponsors will have no obligation to winner. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of Los Angeles or Orange County, CA, Sponsors reserve the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value. Certain travel restrictions apply. Travel must be made through Sponsors’ agent and Sponsors shall determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. If for any reason the event is cancelled, no substitution or compensation will be given in lieu thereof, however remainder of the prize package will be awarded and Sponsors will have no further obligation to winner.

Winner and travel companion must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion(s) of prize. Prize winner is solely responsible for any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use, including additional transportation, meals, gratuities and souvenirs.

Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee either express or implied by Sponsors. If any winner is an eligible minor, Sponsors reserve the right to award prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners and must accompany winner. No substitution, assignment, cash equivalent or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by Sponsors, who reserve the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with another prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsors.
