For washroom access row 18 isn't best. If that is your primary concern, you could get one of the last 2 rows in Y which also only have 2 seats across yet are much closer to a washroom.

All the exit rows would also be sufficient as they are close to washrooms and no one would have to get up to let you access the aisle.
