Another fear is if the 787 tanks, they will slot you into Y on AC 1 and 2. Since this will be last minute, you would have no choice but to sit 13 hours in a middle seat, with maybe a refund. No doubt they will tell you the lat fare day of flight was more than you paid for PE, so sit down and be happy. Not worth it imo.
This is the greatest fear.
We would have to cancel the trip.
We would refuse to accept AC1/2 on medical grounds unless we could get row 18AB/JK for washroom access. This is not an option for us.
