Total Baggage Chaos in DXB 27 Feb.
Connected today via DXB to ZRH on A 380 ( full house )
- departure delay of 30 mins due to "missing freight"
- no info during the whole flight
- baggage claim at ZRH ran for 30 mins with bags sporadic delivered
. after 39 mins info that computer systems in DXB broke down and that 60% - 70% of bags were not loaded on ALL connecting flights
- stampede by approx. 300 pax towards 2 ( ! ) open DNATA missed baggage desks
How many bags are affected? Somebody mentionned that the chaos might be bigger than that with BA in Terrible 4 in LHR.
