However, everything could change on March 1. Maybe all upgrades will in fact be done at the gate. Upgrade inventory could go up or down when SWUs are replaced by GUCs.

I did that. I was told there were 9 available on both the departure and return. That made my mind up for me. I just hope they are still there Saturday.
