Lucky to have such advance ability with your schedule.

I'm booked now through mid March (AMS-CDG-MIA-ATL-MHT-X-BOS-AMS Z-fare).
About to start looking at April and May 2014. That's about as far out as I can go.

I'm hopeful that the GUCs will be relatively easy to use ex-AMS; since upgrading ex-AMS (unless a flight is sold out) tends to be relatively easy with SWUs (or miles, or SWU/miles +€) now.
