I haven't received mine either. I called the Medallion line two days ago and was told that they were on the way and that I should call back if I don't receive them in a week or so. The rep blamed the winter weather for delaying the process (I'm just repeating what I was told...). In the past I always had my package by mid-February.

P.S. I had re-qualified by September.
