Thanks CWS. She is indeed in CE (and then CW to JFK) and all on the same PNR so she ought to be fine. I'm at the back of the bus because my lovely travel policy only allows CE for intra-europe travel if it's part of a long haul routing, so I'll tell her to make a run for it...
