Sorry to bring up an old thread. A question about expiry - my partner has just dropped from Gold to Silver (on 14 Feb). Yet has airpoints expiring on 04 Mar (anniversary date), by what is quoted above the points should not expire until 14 April. We called and told no dice - 04 Mar is it, but could write and complain, which we did and no response at all.
So it seems if points expired before 14 Feb (say 04 Mar 2013) they can be used within 2 months, but as the points expire after 14 Feb, they have to be used by the expiry date.
Is this correct?
