Why not join an affiliate program and collect 100% of the affiliate payment yourself?

If you have any kind of site or a blog, you can join Commission Junction. Then, apply to all the appropriate CC programs. I know Citi is on there, and they pay quite well. I'm pretty sure all of their cards are offered (i.e. all of their mile-earning cards are included) but I'm going from memory, so I could be wrong.

As for Chase/AMEX I don't know who they work with, or if they only do "private label" deals (or they may not work with affiliates at all, only ad brokers). Anyway, that's one way to do it... good luck.
