Only to Thailand thus far.

Other places - a couple of countries in Central America come to mind - I could retrospectively say I enjoyed the planning more, but I had no expectations for those locations, and haven't returned. Thailand always sounds good - I know Bangkok well enough, and it's particularly tempting when I'm stepping in puddles of melted snow - but it's the most miserable country I've ever visited.
