The same thing happened to me last week. I booked a ticket, got the receipt with e-ticket number and the money was debited from my credit card. A couple of days later the transaction just disappeared, although in MMB my flight was still there intact. I checked today and it was back again as a fully processed transaction on my credit card. Actually, I think it is a case of 'authorising' the payment from your cc but not debiting, which then disappears, and reappears when the charge is taken when the ticket is issued. I could be talking nonsense, however, and it still does not explain what happened to the OP (hello, where are youuuuu?) who suggests that his bank account was debited/credited.
